Delight your Taste Buds with the Persian Feast

Honey roast carrots, tahina, and roasted walnuts

Planning to go on holiday but frustrated that you cannot travel overseas to experience different cuisines? Are you looking for ways to spice up winter without leaving the comfort of your own home? Let us take you on a journey to an exotic Bazaar in Babylon, the ancient city of Persia where the sights and aromas of freshly cooked food and spices will delight your taste buds.

A Persian feast is an incredible experience where all your friends and family are invited to your castle to partake in a glorious banquet and the best part is that you are the King or Queen for the night, as Char Baby caters the event so you can relax and party the night away.

Show off your new house renovations, fire pit, backyard entertaining areas, or treat your staff to the best corporate party of the year.

The Persian feast originated from Persia which is modern-day Iran. The beauty of the Persian feast is in the way it is prepared and cooked in a tagine style of cooking.

Our Persian Feast experience includes a mouth-watering array of dishes that will leave your guests wanting more.

The char taftoon bread which is always a favourite among guests is served with hummus, fiery carrot dip, and beetroot sultan pembe. This is followed by a selection of rainbow olives, stuffed vine leaves, and pickled chillis sure to warm up all the guests for the evening ahead.

The favourite of the Persian feast are elegantly brought out with the slow-cooked harissa lamb being the star of the feast and everybody wanting more of the tagine chicken cardamon, apricot, and peppers; mixed up with a warm fine buttery couscous and your guests and yourself will be feeling like you are now truly in the ancient city of Babylon.
